Overview

5030 helps teams and operational groups manage membership, schedules, assignments, swaps, presence, equipment, and related coordination. We collect and process information only to run these features and support your account.

Information We Collect

When you use 5030, we may collect and store:

• Account and profile information, such as name, email address, username, nickname, and phone number if you add it.
• Authentication information needed to create or access your account, including email/password and sign-in details from Google or Apple.
• Group and membership information, such as your group, role, approval status, ownership or admin relationships, and join requests.
• Operational content you or your group add to the app, including tasks, schedules, swap requests, presence records, rounds, equipment records, and related history.
• Notification-related information, including your Expo push token, notification preferences, and per-task reminder preferences.
• Basic app data stored on your device, such as Firebase auth session persistence and local app state needed for the app to function.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Identify you and display the right account, group, and role information.
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, swaps, presence, and equipment workflows.
• Send push notifications and local task reminders when you enable them.
• Manage group approvals, join requests, ownership, and other administrative actions.
• Protect the app, enforce permissions, and keep the service working reliably.

Authentication

5030 currently supports account creation or sign-in with email and password, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple where available on the device or platform. When you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive only the information needed to identify your account, such as your name, email address, provider user ID, identity token, and related authentication metadata required by Firebase Authentication. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, 5030 may store an Expo push token linked to your account so the app can deliver notifications such as join request updates, swap request updates, and other group activity. The app may also schedule local task reminders on your device based on your reminder settings. You can change notification and reminder preferences inside the app or disable notifications in your device settings.

Sharing and Access

Your information is not sold or rented. Information you add to the app may be visible to members or administrators in the same group, depending on the feature and your role. For example, names, group membership, tasks, presence, join requests, swap requests, and some profile details may be visible within the same group. We use service providers such as Firebase and Expo to store, process, and deliver app functionality on our behalf.

Data Storage

5030 uses Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and local device storage used for auth or session persistence and app operation. Push notifications are delivered through Expo's push notification service using the token stored for your account. We take reasonable steps to protect the information stored through the app.

Analytics and Advertising

5030 does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not currently run in-app analytics or behavioral advertising based on your activity inside the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your information is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the app’s core functions. You can delete your account from the profile area in the app. Account deletion is designed to remove your user document, join requests, group-linked traces, and related personal profile fields from our systems. If you signed in with Apple, the app also attempts to reauthenticate you and revoke the Apple sign-in token before deleting the account. Some limited operational history may remain where required to preserve group records or where deletion is blocked, such as when a group owner must transfer ownership before deleting the account.

You may have the right to:

• Access the information associated with your account.
• Correct inaccurate account information.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
